A shingle rejuvenator is a plant oil based product that is absorbed into your shingles and hydrates them. Allowing the tar strips to reactivate and seal, stops granule loss, and the aging process from the day it is applied.
No, it is not a coating. Yes, it is applied to the top of the roof, but it absorbs into the shingles to rehydrate and stop the aging, where a coating does not absorb and creates a barrier.
We are making our product available to all, there will not be territories or exclusivity of any kind. Similar to how the shingle market is. You will have to bring your own spin and differentiating factor to your business sales process.

It will look darker for 6-9 months, but will go back to the color it was. It will prevent fading through granular retention.
We find that most roofs that are good candidates for rejuvenation are no longer protected by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have concerns about yours specifically, we recommend contacting your shingle manufacturer.
We have seen it deter snow accumulation, but still recommend a proper snow retention system.

We do not want to dilute the mixture with excess water, so the roof will need to be mostly dry prior to application. Absolutely no standing water.
